ONE PRICE COFFEE is a successful nation-wide coffee shop chain that had been operating since 2018. In that time, they opened over 350 sales points all over Russia. In 2022, according to the RBK rating, ONE PRICE COFFEE was the second fastest growing coffee shop chain in the country.

Hot issues

As the company was growing, their business objectives changed. The main problem were the limitations inherent to the marketing automation module: no push notification function, no client behavior analysis system and no option to design personalized offers.

We needed a system that would allow building long-term client relations and solve issues like client behavior analysis and guest profiling.

We also needed partnerships with large chains in order to stimulate activity of ONE PRICE COFFEE’s target audience: students and young business professionals who value drive, diversity and proactive behavior. Thanks to collaborations with well-known brands, we were able to improve earnings and the average purchase amount.

In order to achieve the company’s key goals: better earnings and business indicators through increased guest loyalty, we chose Premium Bonus as our contractor. Premium Bonus is a confident market leader in marketing automation, with many years of expertise and the broadest range of functions.

We developed a strategic vision for our loyalty program, taking into account needs and interests of various target audience segments. We chose one coffee shop for pilot testing, running the program there for 2 months.

Wallet introduction

During the pilot project, we introduced virtual loyalty cards for clients to accumulate bonuses on and pay for future orders with.

Pilot testing: PremiumBonus mobile app

Our new mobile app was integrated with the developer’s CRM out of the gate. It is also being constantly modernized for new business processes and offers.

Scaling the loyalty program to the entire chain

After the successful pilot test, the loyalty program was scaled up to the entire chain. Thanks to the mobile app, our guests are now able to manage their bonuses and receive bespoke offers.

Launching the Cappuccino on the House promotion

Every guest got a free cappuccino for signing up for our loyalty program. That promotion quickly got popular among university students.
